With more than 400 exhibitors, the Automotive Testing Expo Europe is the world’s largest show for full vehicle and component testing and validation technologies and services. In two exhibition halls, visitors will find the latest in ADAS testing, NVH measurement tools, test bench technology, simulation packages, durability testing technology, crash testing know-how, dynamometers, emission measurement systems, and dynamic assessment tools. Developed for the Requirements of the Future: The M3 Series

The M3 series sets new standards in modular measurement technology. Ultra-compact, robust and with an innovative wireless, magnetic connection concept that significantly reduces set-up times and installation effort. With IP67 protection class, extended temperature range and robust design, the M3 series guarantees reliable data acquisition even under extreme conditions. The CAN FD support enables a higher number of channels for the synchronized acquisition of a growing number of sensors. The galvanic isolation in the module (channel, CAN and supply) ensures measurement accuracy even in environments prone to interference.

ETHOS 2: The new High-Performance Data Logger

The ETHOS 2 is a real powerhouse, boasting an Intel i7-9850HE processor and achieving an impressive performance index of 11.572. Small, Rugged and Powerful: The IPE833

The IPE833 data logger has been designed for the large-scale acquisition of automotive networks and physical parameters for vehicle development. The support of a wide variety of protocols, such as CCP/XCPonCAN, J1939, OBD, WWH-OBD, KWPonCAN, UDS/ODX/PDX, CAN-Traffic, and CAN-send, allows the logger to collect all kinds of vehicle data (e.g. speed, rpm, temperature, fuel consumption). With its large storage capacity of up to 64 GB as well as a powerful but economical ARM processor, operating data can be recorded continuously over a long period of time. The integrated modem, WiFi, and GPS perfectly equip the IPE833 for remote data transmission and fleet monitoring.

Fast data transfer: the Data Exchange Station IPE DXS

The Data Exchange Station is used to transfer data acquired by loggers to SFTP-Server or Azure Blob Storage, using the IPETRONIK removable storage media IPE DXD. It can accommodate up to 12 trays storing measurement data - this ensures efficient data transfer and optimizes the workflow. The measurement files can be uploaded to a default server, configurable on the station itself, or to an individual server specified in configuration files stored on the drive.
