The galvanic isolation of the M-THERMO2 HV thermal measurement module has been increased from the previous 846V to 1000V and is now available for safe use in mobile and stationary high-voltage applications in the field of e-mobility.
The proven, highly accurate 4-channel thermal measurement module Type K M-THERMO2 HV has been revised according to the increased requirements in the HV range up to 1000V and tested by TÜV according to the standards IEC 61010-1 & IEC 61010-2-030. It can now be used according to the following measurement categories:
- CAT 0: 1000 V (up to 5000 m above sea level)
- CAT II: 600 V (up to 3000 m above sea level)
- CAT III: 300 V (up to 3000 m above sea level)
The module can be installed directly in the engine compartment due to the extended temperature range of -40 ... +125 °C and the IP 65 protection class.
